No Shortage Of Golf Bling
Some of us prefer wearing only our fine jewelry pieces on a daily basis, even if it means on the golf course. On the other hand, fashion and costume jewelry have a mass appeal and is finding its way into green grass shops and tournament gift bags in increased numbers.

We can thank Swarovski Crystal for making its product available to just about every accessory designer looking to adorn just about any form of apparel.

Golf specific or golf themed jewelry not only includes the standard bracelets, rings, necklaces and earrings. Cell phone holders, zipper pulls, lapel pins, key fobs and ball markers are just some of the creative items companies are producing.

At the recent PGA Merchandise Show, booths displaying some — or all — of the above mentioned objects were crowded with interested bling seekers. In addition to crystals, colorful beads, silver, gold, leather and semi-precious stones could be found in jewelry and golf accessories.

Some of the companies exhibiting at the show were Audacious Boutique of Dublin, OH; Glamorous Golfer Score Counter Bracelets of Elmhurst, PA; Just Fore You Jewelry from Rolling Bay, WA; Luckiemark Golf Ball Marker Jewelry from St. Louis, MO; Navika of Alsio Viejo, CA; and Initial Reaction of Fairfield, CT.

While a pro shop might not come to the front of your mind when shopping for jewelry, there’s no shame in tempting to bedazzle us.
