Michael R. Feil, CCM Named General Manager of The Jupiter Island Club
Fairfield, Conn. (July 11, 2012) The Jupiter Island Club in Hobe Sound, Florida has selected Michael R. Feil, CCM, as the new General Manager. Prior to joining The Jupiter Island Club, Mr. Feil served as General Manager for Westchester Country Club in Rye, New York where he reported to the club's executive director, Mr. Bob James, a nationally recognized expert in the private club industry. Prior to that, he was the General Manager for Lake Merced Golf Club in Daly City, California and the Food & Beverage Director at the St. Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco, the largest private yacht club in America.
In his new role, Mr. Feil will leverage his extensive background in lodging, property management and hospitality experience to maintain the tradition and principles of privacy, casual elegance and hospitable service that The Jupiter Island Club is recognized for. Michael's experience in shaping and refining food programs, amenities and services at the highest levels were very attractive to the Selection Committee.
